Turnover On Time. Every Detail Inspected.
The final phase of a construction project or tenant fit-out is critical. Cleaning delays can affect walkthroughs, turnover schedules, and tenant move-in timelines. Fine drywall dust, silicone sealant remnants, grout haze, and trade debris require dedicated heavy-duty cleaning equipment and systematic execution.
MIVTAH supports commercial turnover schedules with detailed cleaning that can adapt to changing punch-list priorities and project timelines.
Our 3-Phase Construction Cleaning
Phase 1: Rough Clean
Removal of leftover construction debris, drywall mud spots, sweeping floors prior to final flooring installations, and wiping down framing or rough surfaces.
Phase 2: Final Clean
Detailed final cleaning can include millwork, cabinetry, restrooms, fixtures, interior glass, window frames, visible grilles, and floor cleaning when included in the agreed scope.
Phase 3: Touch-Up / Fluff Clean
A final rapid walkthrough immediately before the client handover or tenant move-in to eliminate airborne dust that settled after the final clean and wipe any trade fingerprints.
Site Coordination & Safety
Post-construction work is coordinated around site access, project conditions, and the applicable safety requirements communicated for the property. MIVTAH provides fully insured commercial service and confirms scope expectations before work begins.
